ByteSizeNews
is a powerful e-marketing tool designed
for permission-based communications.
Our clients use ByteSizeNews to send
email newsletters and promotions to
prospects and customers. ByteSizeNews's
policy strictly forbids the use of our
service for transmission of unsolicited
bulk or commercial email.
All ByteSizeNews customers have agreed
not to use the system to send unsolicited
email per our Terms
and Conditions.
Clients
use ByteSizeNews to send email to individuals
with whom they have an existing relationship
or who have expressly indicated through
an "opt-in" process that they
want to receive the type of email communication
being sent. If a customer chooses to
use an "opt-in" list, they
must provide ByteSizeNews with the source
of that information. Additionally, the
customer will be required to indicate
in the email that the recipient is receiving
the mail based on the fact that they
indicated an interest in receiving the
type of information being sent in an
"opt-in" list.
Every
email delivered via ByteSizeNews contains
a mandatory unsubscribe link. If the
link is removed or de-activated in any
way, Byte Size Tools will terminate
the customer's account.
ByteSizeNews,
our permission based e-marketing solution,

states why you are collecting the

your lists.

an email is sent to them confirming
their addition to your subscriber
list and thus accepting reciept of
your email communications.

you.

states have spam statutes, and they all
