ByteSizeNews is sold on a monthly subscription basis and setup, design, and integration fees may also apply. All sales are final. Setup, design, and integration fees are non-refundable. Monthly subscriptions are billed either quarterly, semi-annually, or annually. These prepaid billings are non-refundable.

In the event that your service is terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions or other policies, as determined by ByteSizeTools, then any prepaid subscriptions will be refunded based upon a prorated fee schedule, rounded UP to the nearest 30 day increment from the date of termination to the end of the service period. Setup, design, and integration fees are non-refundable.
