  • Users - The Super-User can create or edit new user logins and login permissions for each administrator needed to manage the calendar events.
  • Departments - Dynamically create or edit departments or groups to associate each event with.
  • Sorting - Admin screens support sorting the events by clicking on column headings
  • Publishing - Events can be created and/or edited by departments, with only the Super-User able to actually publish the events to the Calendar.
  • Grouping - Events can be organized by groups or departments, and then filtered by these groups.
  • Reports - Administrators can run reports to output your events for printing, viewing, or importing into external programs such as Excel, Word, or Access.
  • Event Types - Support for various event types, such as Holidays, or Priorities.
  • Event Ownership - Events are automatically owned by the group who is logged in, unless the logged in user is the Super User in which the super-user can assign the event to any group.
  • Event Status - Flag Events as Active or Completed.
  • Export - Export your events as a CSV file for use in any supporting offline report writer or software application such as Excel or Word.
